How many branches do you have?

Hawaii FCU only has 1 branch located in Kalihi at 1244 Kaumualii St. However, we are part of the Shared Branch network which allows you to do selected transactions at other participating locations. Please visit www.hicuso.com (new window/tab) for locations in Hawaii or www.co-opfs.org (new window/tab) for locations outside of Hawaii.

Do I have a daily spending limit on my debit card?

Yes. Debit cards have a daily aggregate withdrawal limit of $1,005 for all Point of Sale transactions (POS) and $505 for ATM withdrawals.

Do I need to notify the credit union that I’ll be traveling?

Yes. Please notify us if you will be traveling outside of Hawaii to avoid any disruptions with your ATM card, Debit card or Credit card.

Who do I call after normal business hours to report my card lost or stolen?

For ATM/Debit cards, please call 1-800-472-3272.
For Credit cards, please call 1-866-820-6819.

Am I able to change my PIN (Personal Identification Number) for my Debit Card?

Yes. To change your PIN, please call 1-800-757-9848. You will be asked several authentication questions.

What is the number I call to get my account balance?

To get your account balance, please access our Personal Access Line at 1-800-310-9397. It’s a toll-free number.

Do I need to notify the credit union if I would like to withdraw a large amount of cash?

Yes. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for all cash requests of $5,000 or more.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address 1 of 3 ways:

  1. Fax a written request with your signature to 808-441-4272
  2. Mail a written request with your signature to:

  3. Come into our office where a Member Service Representative can assist you.

When is my account charged an Inactive Fee?

Your account is charged an Inactive Fee when it has had no activity within 24 months and the balance is less than $1,000.

What is Courtesy Pay Privilege?

Our Courtesy Pay Privilege program establishes a safety net for your Checking account, enabling us to process your items at our discretion on those infrequent occasions when doing so may create a negative account balance. Please contact us at 808-847-1371, option 3 for program details.

Do you offer notary services?

Yes. Hawaii FCU offers free notary services to its members. Please call us at 808-847-1371, Option 3 to schedule an appointment. Notaries are subject to availability. There is a fee for non-members.

Do you offer Signature Guarantee?

Yes. Please call us at 808-847-1371, option 3 to schedule an appointment. This service is only available to Hawaii FCU members.

What is Regulation D?

Regulation D or Reg D, is a Federal Reserve board regulation that limits the number of pre-authorized/automatic/telephonic withdrawals and transfers from a savings or money market account to six per month. Transactions done at a branch or ATM machine are not counted.
