Telephone Banking

Our PAL (Personal Access Line) is available any time of day at 800-310-9397. Simply enter your Account Number and PIN, then follow the menu prompts to check your balance and account history, transfer funds and more.

Shared Branch Services Locations

Shared Branch Services is a free feature that allows members to perform select transactions at other participating credit union branches, including local and mainland locations. If you’re on the go and you need to make a withdrawal, deposit, loan payment, or other covered* transaction, Shared Branch Services makes it easy to get it done conveniently, FREE OF CHARGE.

With 68 Shared Branch Services locations in Hawaii alone, and thousands more in our national network, your funds stay within reach.

Bring along the following when you visit a shared branch location:

  • Name of your Credit Union
  • Account Number
  • Valid Picture ID (driver’s license, state ID, military ID, passport, alien ID card)
