SECURITY ALERT

Recently, you may have heard or read that Zippy's announced publicly a security incident involving their credit and debit card processing system where cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and security code may have been exposed. The time period of exposure is between November 23, 2017 through March 29, 2018.

Hawaii Federal Credit Union is strongly recommending that members with a debit or credit card review their accounts immediately for any unauthorized transactions. If there are any unauthorized transactions please call us immediately at 847-1371, option 3 so we may take immediate action with your card and minimize any inconveience to you. If members have a debit or credit card with another institution please call them directly for assistance.
